![]() My Brother bought some of that Bear Repellant Spray to take on a Fly fishing to Colorado guess it worked, he came back Just my opinion, of course I am not in retail anymore. I know that in retail, you do get a lot of surly customers, but I think the happy ones make up for it. The customers will come back to the store looking for you because you helped them out last time and they remember the service. But having worked in retail management before, I know that every store gets their share of employees who just don't care, I feel tht if you put an effort into doing your job and helping the customers, in the long run it makes everyone happy, the store has better sales and you probably had a better day at work. I should have frequent flyer miles, or is it frequent fisher miles I don't really mind when there is an employee working in an area that they don't know anything about as long as they are willing to help the customers and learn somthing about whatever product is in their dept., if they don't know something they can call someone else that does. ![]() Nightwing, as for Academy, I love to shop there and have frequented the Willowbrook location for years. But it's all good, maybe he passed what you taught him on to some others, and a whole bunch of Fisherpersons benefitted from your knowledge ![]() I believe it.Should of asked him if you could have a discount for training him. ![]()
